    Although it is the only emotional trigger in the list, anger causes a seven-fold increase in the risk of a brain bleed. Strong emotions like being upset or angry may also increase blood pressure and cause an aneurysm to rupture.

    The study shows that being surprised or startled has a 2.7 percent attributable risk of aneurysm so better stay away from scary movies or horror attraction to avoid getting shocked which may lead to ruptured aneurysm.

    Since cola contains caffeine, the study shows that those who drink soda have higher chances of experiencing aneurysm am hour after cola consumption.

    Straining the toilet


    Straining while trying to defecate may have increase the risk of ruptured aneurysm so doctors normally recommends treating constipated patient with brain aneurysm with laxative to lower the risk of subarachnoid hemorhage.

    Sexual intercourse
